Abstract

The article aims to study the impacts of income distribution on economic growth in what is called the Lula Era (2003-2010), raising the limits of the macroeconomic model adopted and the advances that a Brazilian society, both in terms of economic growth as for development, above all, the change in the characteristics of the consumption basket of workers in that period.
